What you might expect

I write about a lot of technical subjects (java), political issues (libertarian bent with some mores and some safety net added), news, amusing videos, humor, gay issues (but filter my adult content with both cuts and special friend groups which I might invite on occasion) and autistic advocacy (advocating acceptance and not cure) and life in general and you can see a good deal in my profile of course.

I can be dramatic or even histrionic sometimes. I don't expect life to be 100% drama free. If you cannot tolerate a little bit of emotionally sensitive discussion, this might not be the journal you want to read. I occasionally post quizzes and memes but for the most part, I avoid them. I might post LJ quizzes more frequently.

I'm annoyed by (but not devastated by) people who friend and unfriend (because I have ljspam set up and I haven't taken time to undo it) so I request that you communicate openly with me and avoid spamming or creating excessive drama. When I friend someone, it's because I enjoy their writing of course and when I defriend, I'll tell you (or the masses if and ever I should clean up) why, and I appreciate this reciprocated but I guess everyone has a policy of their own making so I also try to respect that too. (but don't ding me for not taking time to read all your small print!) I also like to consider my journal a personal space of my own and a gossip free zone. I don't live by absolutes so these are guidelines only. Life is messy, so feel free to make your mess just cozy enough for you. :)
